Notifications
Notifications are sent to recipients when specific changes of state occur in tickets or in an application. For example, when you approve a change ticket (RFC), a notification is sent to the requester with a message that the RFC is approved.
Note: Before configuring notifications, you must configure notification settings. See the Configuring Notification Settings topic for details.
