Staff users can use the primary ChangeGear navigation menu to go directly to each module's grid view. The grid view allows you to manage your tickets using features such as the sorting and filtering options, or the toolbar. Most modules provide a grid view for easy management of items in the module.

NOTE: Depending on your ChangeGear role or configuration, you may not have access to all of the modules shown in this document.
