Printing Tickets

While ChangeGear generally eliminates the need for using paper to process tickets, at times, you may need a hard copy of a ticket. For example, perhaps you need to take a hard copy to a meeting. ChangeGear Web’s print function supports ticket printing.

To print a ticket:

  1. Navigate to the appropriate module.

  2. Select the ticket you wish to print.

  3. Either click Print from the toolbar above the grid

    - OR -

    Open the ticket and click the print button at the top of the form.

  4. Clicking Print opens a formatted version of the ticket for printing. To send the ticket to the printer, click Print at the top of this window.

  5. Your system's print dialog is displayed. Click Print.
