How to View Announcements

Announcements let you view upcoming changes in service and service outages that may affect you. For example, scheduled downtime for e-mail services may delay the delivery of your e-mail or make your e-mail unavailable during a certain time period.

To view recent Announcements:

  1. Navigate to the Self-Service Portal and scroll to the Announcements section. This section lists the next three upcoming announcements ordered by planned start date. Urgent announcements appear first in the list.

  2. To view all announcements, click the View All link next to the section heading. Clicking on the summary of an announcements displays details about the announcement in a modal window. From here you can Print or Email details about the announcement. Click the Close button to close the window.

  3. Click Close to return to the Self-Service Portal home page.
