Accessing the SSP

Your organization provides access to Luma agents through the ChangeGear Self-Service Portal (SSP). From the portal, you can ask questions, request help, and complete tasks using a conversational experience.

How to access the SSP

To access the SSP: 

  1. Open a web browser.

  2. Navigate to your organization’s ChangeGear Self-Service Portal URL.

  3. Sign in using your organizational credentials.

After signing in, the Self-Service Portal home page loads.
