Overview of the Workspace

The Workspace combines frequently used information and actions into a single view to help staff users perform their daily activities. Users have an at-a-glance view of their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), tickets, tasks, reports, views, and even access to external resources.

The Workspace consists of the SmartHub and the traditional Workspace. The SmartHub displays information immediately relevant to each user such as upcoming meetings, reminders, and items due. The traditional Workspace displays information from various ChangeGear modules in the form of user-configurable widgets.
